Good for the soul by Zoe Lou does exactly what is says on the tin! Within the first two weeks I was feeling so much stronger and more motivated than I ever have been to go to the gym. It allowed me to find a focus and to measure my progress efficiently and effortlessly where I had previously been wandering aimlessly around the gym. This programme has instilled a sense of confidence in me as the gym can be quite intimidating. And Zoe is there with you every step of the way answering any questions I had or drip feeding really useful tips and nuggest of wisdom everyday. Working with Zoe has done wonders for my strength, form, and motivation. I can really see (and feel) the progress in terms of weight and reps in the exercises we do together. I feel more confident to work out in other environments-- I know how to correct my form and listen to what my body needs. But the best part of working with Zoe is that my self motivation has really improved. I've always exercised regularly but since working with Zoe I feel motivated to take more steps, eat healthier, stretch, and take care of myself in other ways. — Devon

I first saw Zoe in a friend’s Instagram video giving a pt session. I had been interested in seeing a personal trainer for some time and had been too intimidated by the idea to actually find one but when I saw Zoe in the video, her energy seemed fun and encouraging so I reached out and I’ve been seeing Zoe for almost a year now.
I hadn’t done any exercise beyond walking around the park and drunk dancing in years. I’d only been in a gym twice before! For the first few sessions, Zoe slowly introduced exercises to me and surprisingly I found them enjoyable to do. She slowly built up my confidence, strength and stamina, knowing when to push me or make exercises easier for my fitness level.
I’m honestly shocked at much I enjoy exercising now and how far I have come - things that seemed impossible when I began now feel easy. This is all down to Zoe’s knowledge, enthusiasm and belief in me. Sometimes our workouts feel like therapy - she shares her wisdom and approaches health and fitness holistically giving meal plans and advice on sleep.
I’ve never woken up and felt I wasn’t in the mood for a session with Zoe because I always feel better afterwards and that’s not just because of the endorphins released from exercise, it’s because Zoe’s energy is infectious - Zoe is good for the soul.

I'm 2 stone 5lbs down. Feeling so much more confident and strong. Discovering all my old clothes that were in the loft that fit me again. So thank you so much for always being there and for being my biggest cheerleader even when I stumble no judgement just encouragement.

Zoe's plan is super straightforward and holistic. I'm sleeping better, eating better, significantly stronger, and have been chipping away at a weight loss plateau I didn't think I'd get past. Really easy decision to sign up again and maintain all the progress.
