Grounding Meditation with Rose (20min)
Enjoy this guided meditation to ground you into the present moment. Helping you release what no longer serves you, making space for what is calling you :)
A beautiful moment to check in, find some stillness, and feel grounded in your body and heart.
Strong & Embodied Flow with Rose (36min)
Enjoy this strong and fluid flow to really feel into your body. As always, the stronger elements and balances are optional, so take it at your own pace and with your own body. This is a really lovely and embodied flow, so don't let the 'strong' in the title put you off. :) It will leave you feeling more connected to your breath and body, and perhaps a little stronger too
Full Body Flow with Rose (65min)
This full body yoga flow uses connection with the breath to get into and move the whole body. Leaving you feeling stretched out, strong and ready for your day.
Move at your own pace, find what feels good and take this practice as a date with yourself. Yoga is such a personal practice, and there’s no one size fits all, so take this opportunity to explore those corners that get neglected, and smile as you go. Showing kindness to your mind, body and soul, as you uncover your glow
Restorative Yin Yoga for the Hips with Rose (40min)
Enjoy this class to get deeply into the hips and release any tension surrounding the joints.
Grab your blocks and cushions and anything you can find.
As you move into each pose, come to find your edge, that moment where you feel significant resistance from the body. Then prop yourself up so your bones are held, and you can relax your muscles.
Notice any emotion that may arise during this.
It's completely normal to start to feel anger or agitation, and for emotion to rear its head. Just notice it and allow it with kindness if you can.
Allow your breath to surf, evenly and nourishing throughout and feel into all and any sensation in the body.
Enjoy the Release & Let Go.
